Jaime :) Thank you for your kind words! I completely agree that the legal framework is almost equally as important as the technology itself. I don’t know if you’ve had a chance to check out Estonia, but this country with a tiny population of 1.3 million people have in fact become the most digitally advanced country in the world by investing in digital infrastructure and being courageous enough to innovate in their policy framework.
